Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for fragrance products, from concept development and product planning through launch and post-launch evaluation, including budget management and risk mitigation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, perfumers, packaging, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful formulation, prototyping, product development, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team, and monitor campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and distribution channels.
Develop product knowledge materials and conduct product training to support the Sales team in effectively communicating product benefits and key selling points.
Monitor key product KPIs, including sales performance, market share, consumer feedback, and product profitability; identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
Identify and develop opportunities for product innovation, line extensions, and reformulation of existing products based on market trends, consumer insights, and business opportunities.
Lead cross-functional project coordination across R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, QA, and other relevant teams to ensure product timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory and industry standards, including BPOM, IFRA, and REACH, and support preparation for relevant audits and quality certifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry, with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end product launches.
Good understanding of fragrance raw materials, stability testing, packaging development/engineering, and product risk management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in market research, consumer insights, business case development, product roadmapping, and pricing strategy.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
Familiarity with PLM systems, MS Project, JIRA, or other product/project management tools.
