Job Description

Responsibilities:

Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory transactions related to intercompany activities.
Record and post inventory movements from intercompany transactions into the accounting system.
Perform inventory reconciliation for goods issued through distribution sales.
Coordinate with the Operations team and other relevant departments regarding intercompany transactions.
Prepare accurate reports on incoming and outgoing inventory for each intercompany transaction.
Ensure inventory records are accurate, complete, and properly documented.
Support the reconciliation and monitoring of inventory balances across related entities.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, or Cost Control, preferably within a manufacturing company.
Experienced in preparing monthly and year-end costing reports and familiar with fundamental accounting principles.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and costing methodologies, including standard costing and activity-based costing (ABC).
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with good attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
