PPIC Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS) as a guideline for production planning.
• Prepare weekly production schedules and finalize daily production schedules, making adjustments as needed.
• Monitor and coordinate the production process from start to finish to ensure alignment with the established production schedule.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials (RMPM) according to production requirements.
• Ensure production schedules are aligned with the CPB (Batch Processing Record) and MO (Manufacturing Order) in the system.
• Ensure the proper utilization of Work in Process (WIP) materials in accordance with the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), preferably in the cosmetics industry.
• Good understanding of production processes, CPKB (Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Batch Record documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, particularly VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF functions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Odoo is an advantage.
